Welcome to South Craven Explorers!
South Craven Explorers have two groups. One, Valhalla, based in Glusburn and another, De Romille, based in Skipton. Each group has its own programme but get together on a regular basis for joint meetings.
Each group has a varied programme of activities which caters for all needs. One of which is being involved in the Three Peaks Event. Some members choose to rise up to the challenge and hike it, whilst some choose to be involved by manning checkpoints and providing support cover.
Explorer scouting is a great way to learn new skills and achieve great awards. From the age of 13 1/2 up to the age of 18 you can be an explorer scout. If you are interested please visit the contact page and contact us.
